Rossi 45 Colt Blue/Wood 20 inch Value?

Merry Christmas folks. I don't get on here much, I have too many hobbies. But I do try to read a lot. I have a fellow wanting to buy my Rossi 45 Colt. Mine is a blue and wood, pre top safety model. 20 inch barrel. I have had this one since around 2002 or so. I had Steve Young do his basic package on it and put a steel follower on there too. Can one of ya'll tell me what I should ask for this rifle? I am going to pop over to GunsAmerica and check there, but I want some opinions from here as ya'll are the experts! If one of you was doing the buying, what would be the high price and low for it? I will call it in like new condition, as its barely been out of the safe and only to the range. Thanks for any input fellers.

I have one. Do you have the box? Presuming you have the box, I'd ask $600 but if I was buying, I'd likely offer $375 (less the price of an unaltered Rossi). Most people don't value any gun work, they just look at the gun. If you had a Williams or Lyman receiver sight on there, I'd up my offer and proffer by $50.
