Let me say you've got a great forum here! Thanks to a couple of recent trades for a Winchester 94 and a Henry H001 I've fallen in love with the lever gun all over again. I'm looking forward to spending lots of time here and annoying everyone with my silly posts. If you ever get down Tampa-way, give me a shout and we'll talk guns over a cold one :mrgreen:

Welcome to the campfire, Was in Stuart for the month of October wanted to head to the "west coast" but just took 5 days gettin' back home. You got Cane toads there too?
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres
