I am a buyer for the store I work at.
I didn't make the SHOT show, so maybe this is older news.
I saw another levergun from Mossberg.
It has the buttstock with a pistol grip and curved lever.
It has some checkering. The gun looked and handled very nice.
I asked if they had any ideas of making other calibers, but they did not feel it was needed at this time.
I asked about the 32 Win. Special, and pretty much just got a NO.

There have certainly had some "teething problems". Hope you like "walnut stained" birch stocks. Bleck.i want to buy one of these but ive heard they are not reliable
