We don't get much sun up here in the Great White North.
Kirk: An old geezer who loves the smell of freshly turned earth, old cedar rail fences, wood smoke, a crackling fireplace on a snowy evening, pristine wilderness lakes, the scent of
cedars and a magnificent Whitetail buck framed in the semi-buckhorn sights of a 120-year old Winchester. Blog: https://www.kirkdurston.com/
Are you sure you can find me? ... I blend into the snow pretty good when my shirt is off!

Thanks guys. Daughters 2nd marrage and marks 1st. He did a couple tours in iraq and afaganistan, part of a search & rescue helicopter team. They are both go getters and hard workers. We are proud.
Nath - Great pics. Jayne looks like a wonderful partner for you! Good to have you back from your holiday. Keep your photos and commentary coming, will ya?
Old Savage - Santa Clarita is a beautiful place, isn't it? That photo brings back memories for me. Reminds me of some of those stock photos our art director use to sort through when looking for images for the retirement home brochures and/or tourism guides we published for clients. You know the kind of look we were searching for, ... "vibrant, attractive merry widow in-tow with financially successful, but rapidly fading widower".

Jimbeaux, that Pedersoli ML shotgun has featured here many times over the p
ast couple of years. It is 12g cyl and cyl and I enjoy using it.
I use about 1 1/4oz of shot and about 7/8 the volume in powder seperated by around 4-5 OS cards and a single OS card on top of the shot.
The only trouble I have had with this gun is it shot off POA. By filing the muzzles I have managed to get it very close.
Game Keeper-that last photo of Shirley, she appears to be standing in front of a WWII German Sturmgeschutz 3,where was that photo taken if you don't mine me asking???

The photo was taken in Horndean, Hampshire, England. It was at one of the many reenactments we have around the country.
Whatever you do always give 100%........... unless you are donating blood.

Better be careful Dastook. I read a few days ago that some nitwit in congress (I know, I know - that doesn't narrow it down at all ) introduced a bill that would make it a violation of federal law to post/publish any pictures of hunting or fishing showing the animals. Something along the lines of "anti-cruelty" garbage. Of course PETA and the usual gaggle are behind this. Who knows, under B-HO and the current line up in Congress, you could be a felon for posting that great pic?!
Dastook - Durn, that's a sleek looking buck. And these "ladies with guns" photos reminds me I need to take some of my wife, ... as she shows me up at our range!
