I'm having sinus surgery at 8:15 in the morning. He's going to clean out the blockages, reduce the membranes, and repair my deviated septum.
We tried it back in April, but he hit an unexpected artery and had to abort the operation early. I literally almost bled to death on April 8th, losing more than 10 units of blood (blood pressure dropped to "50/30", hemoglobin only "6"). Needless to say, I'm a little nervous this time. But, I'm just tired of struggling to breathe.
Please pray for me and the docs, and most of all for my 9 year-old son, Elijah. He has Asperger's Syndrome, and I'm his only true earthly advocate. If anything goes wrong, it will devastate him.
I know I'm sounding like a wimp!

God bless you all,
bogie
UPDATE:
Thanks to God's grace and your amazing friendships, my surgery was a complete success!! No complications this time! I'm spending tonight in hospital just for monitoring. Should go home in the morning.
I am grateful for your prayers and truly humbled by your thoughtful responses. You guys are absolutely THE BEST!
Sincerely,
Bogie
