Price & quality check question

I am in the hunt for a Marlin or Rossi lever in .357mag.
I have currently located a Marlin 1894C for $350 NIB, or a Rossi M92, brass receiver one for $395.

I am looking for comments on quality and durability. The Marlin is from a bigbox store (Big5 sports). The Rossi is also NIB but at a nearby gunshop. The gunshop will take trade ins, and Big5 will not.

Suggestions?

In my not so expert opinion, they are both good weapons. Pick the one that you like best.
