We showed these to a Tagalog friend my wife works with to try to get their Tagalog congregation here to put out something along those lines. So far they haven't done it but we keep hoping. They are some great cooks.
Actually I tried it last july when I was here !bigbore442001 wrote: Soooo. You had Durian fruit. That must have been an unusual experience.

Filipinos don't speak Spanish. They have 165 languages of their own. Some of the major dialects such as Visayan and Tagalog absorbed many Spanish words, often with distinct spellings and pronunciations, during the peiod of Spanish colinization just as we have adapted many foreign words (Spanish, French, Italian, Yiddish) but the Filipino languages and their grammar are quite distinct.kimwcook wrote:Nice pics. I don't swim in the ocean. No trees to climb.
The one thing I find odd about the Phillipines is Asians speaking Spanish. It's like finding a Mexican that speaks Russian. I know why, it just seems odd.
