Grafs has CCI Primers

Just got off grafs.com & ordered CCI large pistol & rifle. They still did not have small rifle.

My pleasure, Sir...... Graffs ships free, the insurance was 4.50 and HazMat 22.50 (I had 4lbs of LilGun, so that spread the HazMat out a bit)

Yep, you'd need to order a bunch to make the HazMat fee reasonable per unit.
