Help with rear sight please!!!

I saw a 1895 Marlin the other day. It had a really nice rear sight which replaced the factory standard sight. It was a ladder type for long range shooting (not a peep). It had graduations on it like the older Henrys, if you know what I mean, and it locked on the graduations do it would not slide up/down during recoil. Where can one find one like that?Thanx.
