PRICE CHECK - Winchester Wrangler 94AE

I am looking at a 94AE chambered in 38-55. It has a carbine length barrel, engraved receiver, D-lever and saddle ring. It has the best looking wood on a Winchester that i have ever seen. It is a friends and I am looking for a fair price. Also aside from ammo being a little costly are there any negatives about these little guns

The only difference I seen from the one you have pictured is the wood is a little darker and it has rings for a shoulder strap. That is affirmative on the AE
