Nope, it's an Interarms imported Rossi. Look close and you will notice the front sight is on the bbarrel band. It has the second big loop pictured here. Rossi no longer makes that loop but it was common on those 80's early 90's guns.




The shiny brass looking thing is where Rossi had this butt-ugly bronze colored Puma Medalion thing. Looks like some one removed it and glued something shiny in it's place.

The other tell is the shape of the receiver. The step in the lower profile is more pronouced on the Win 92's and the front of the forewood is flat not rounded like the wins.
