I went test-shooting my rescued Winchester 94 yesterday, and I lost this little elevator:
I was adjusting my rear sight, and "BOING!" went the elevator into the leafy covering of the floor of the woods. Does anyone have one of these that they can sell me? Please, let me know.
Thanks,
Shawn
p.s.
Here is a picture of another 94, with the same kind of sight & elevator that my rifle has/ had!:

Not that shape. How wide is your sight slot for the elevator?

They've got a couple of types. That one is the high elevator and should cost about $5.00 with shipping being $8.00 so, it's going to cost about $13.00 total
They also have one that is about .05" shorter in height, that costs $1.50
...and I don't think he even knows it...Walks around with a half-assed grin...If he feels fear, he don't show it. Just rides into hell and back again.
For now, tightly black tape one or two dimes under the leaf with black tape and wait for the next gun show....There is always a Mr. Parts with a few tackle boxes of stuff like that and it prolly won't be more than a couple bucks.....

I found an elevator, today. I stopped at several gunshops, but the last one had a complete sight, plus a saddle ring. I got them all for about the cost of just the sight. It seems that someone had just put a receiver sight on his Winchester 94, and I got his leftovers.
I watched this one go from ONE PENNY to $26.01 in just a few minutes!:
If anyone needs one of these in the future, just email me & I'll send it out to you. (I have one only). It's a pre-64 elevator off of a Model 70. It is the same as the 94. In 'bootiful shape. Heh!
I was test-firing the rifle in "Dave's backyard"! Dave has a few acres, and he let shoot a box of ammo. I was adjusting the rear sight, and there went the elevator! Since the woods is carpeted with leaves, I lost track of the elevator. I managed to find 19 out of the 20 empty shells, though.

David, the man who owns Slidell Arms, had some sort of medical problem. I have not been told the details, though. He saw a chiropactor for something, and the doc found something suspicious. David wound up in the hospital, and had a small section of his intestine removed. David was up in a day, and back to work in about a week's time. He looks good, and you would never know he had been in a bad way. David told a customer that he feels blessed to be alive.
