Hobie - Why did our "titles" change?
Hobie - I noticed my title changed from "Obsessive Levergunner" to "Levergunner 3.0". The former was probably more accurate! Why the change?

The ranks were re-written to correspond with the old board and not with my distorted view of things. However, lest that be misconstrued, I re-wrote the ranks on my own.
We could add stars or little leverguns or whatever, but we don't have artwork loaded, yet. It might come, it might not.

So my question is when we make the move to here are we going to be able to access the topics on the old forum or will all that knowledg be lost in the either? I would hate to see years of info just vanish.

I'm working on getting the "One Sticky" transferred to HTML. You can view what we've got so far at:JReed wrote:So my question is when we make the move to here are we going to be able to access the topics on the old forum or will all that knowledg be lost in the either? Am working on it as time allows. Hopefully we'll get 'er transferred prior to the other site dying...
As for the rest - only time will tell...

Bummers
nice to be back up and running. this forum is starting to feel like home. Bummers to loose the message count, but what is important is that the information and ideas keep flowing.

Just want to see where I stand. I see that J Miller has found something new to complain about -- post count . Don't worry Mr. Miller. We all know you are long winded. 6000 Post and counting on the old site.
Glad to see everyone here and hope that somehow the old site info can be saved. If not, we'll just have to share what we know all over again.

Well, I'm just glad it all worked out instead of vaporizing...
I gotta figure out a new signature, I guess, though.

It is good to see so many making the transition! We've activated a bunch of guys this morning. Again, if you have problems just drop me an e-mail.

Yea, it's good here Ken. However I do lament having lost a post count of thousands over a 4 or 5 year period.Leverdude wrote:I always liked this one better. More features. I like the PM feature. This way you can contact a member privately without useing E-mail.
Imagine I'll keep clicking on the other link until it stops clicking tho.

I was hoping there might be a screw-up and my title would change to "Shootist"!
