Yes. Mic uses Robar's NP3 plating to do just that. It can be applies in varying thickness. The bolt can also be treated to further decrease head space. It is very slick which is another benefit. Regards, 1886.

When you say Win 94 do you mean the newer post 64 issue? If you are looking for headspace fix on an older pre64 you can purchase lugs oversize by .005, .010, and .015. I have done this on a 1917 Win. 1894 30-30. and it works well.

3T is correct. The older 94s you could get various thickness for the Locking Bolt #5094 or #5194 complete. They usually have the thickness stamping on the Locking Bolt.
