OT -- Chicks with Guns

Post by alnitak »

There was a thread a few weeks ago that pointed to another site and 120 pages of responses to a single thread that dealt with pictures of women holding & shooting guns. Just today, I happened across the first video below (while looking at this one on Gun Free Zones -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C0vyxgJLJVA), and the other similar one. It reminded me of the other thread, so I thought I'd post the links for those that are interested. No levers, but some nice full-auto guns.

Yah, that's an automag and I'm just green with envy. Always wanted one of those. Considering the powerhouses she's lighting off she's got the recoil thing figured out. My niece has been shooting my 4 5/8" 454 since she was 15 every time she can talk me into it. I just wish I'd taken pictures.
"People who object to weapons aren't abolishing violence, they're begging for rule by brute force, when the biggest, strongest animals among men were always automatically 'right.' Guns ended that, and social democracy is a hollow farce without an armed populace to make it work."

Dang good writer too.

Isnt it amazing how many people post without reading the thread?

Was at Ft Hood back at the beginning of Desert Storm in 90-91. Saw a nite time shoot from a battery of 8'' howitzers
abrams bradleys and a few others thrown. A real treat. Always wanted to see THE nite time show. A shuttle launch
from the CAPE.

I've always wanted a .44 AutoMag ever since reading the Mack Bolan series in Jr High and High School. How can you argue with a .30-06 cut down and necked up to .44?

The gun should be made to fit the shooter, not the shooter to the gun whenever possible. I get many female students thru the U.S. Navy Master at Arms course I teach. With the pistol (M9 Beretta) most can qualify, but quite a few often lack hand strength to make the long first DA shot. With the M500 Mossberg pump and AR15, the stocks are normally waaaayyy too long for the females and small statuted males to shoot. I have begged for youth stocks on a couple of the rifles and shotguns, but the yankee navy, in its infinate wisdom says NO, despite the fact I see many combat troops with the adjustable stock M4 carbine and, I think the Marines have an adjustable stock on the Benelli shotguns they are using. Hearing protection is vital, as women are much more sensitive to loud noises than guys. I'm glad to see that the lady shooters depicted have eye and ear protection. About the worse rectal orifices around are those dirtbags who think it is funny to have a novice shooter touch off a heavy recoiling weapon, such being a highly successful method to make the newby anti-gun real quick.
Confederately yours,

Ridgerunner
