Thanks to everyone who has donated items and money for the auction. What we plan to do is take pictures of everything and then post them up so everyone can bid. I not for sure the best way to do the bidding, maybe PM's or you can call me on my cell phone, or e-mail. I will then update the post and try to keep a running tally for everyone. If anyone has a better idea on how to do this please let me know.

My cell phone is 214-549-5217
My e-mail is RKrodle@aol.com

I was thinking we could have bidding starting Friday the 8th of August AM til Saturday the 9th about 10:00 pm Central time. How does this work for everyone? Shipping, any shipping charges will be at actual cost added to the winning bid.

Attention everyone please. Again our great moderators have come threw for us. AmBraCol has some auction software that he has set up for us to use for this special occasion. We will set up all of the auction items on it and then make a link available for all of us to use. It should be ready Friday August the 8th AM and end Saturday August the 9th around 10:00 pm. This will be about a 36 hour Auction to see how much money we can raise for our favorite site. You will have to register on the auction site to be able to use it. After you register you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link, you have to click on the link and it will then ask you to confirm. Easy as pie. I believe at last count we had about 30 items up for auction!!!!

Again, a big thanks to AmBraCol and Hobie for their help in making this happen.

I finally was able to pick up the rifle - after 2 attempts - and shipped it off overnight today.

Ranger, rebounding hammer, no safety.

Oh... FWIW: I had $225 in pledges. I have recieved $175 so far.

Total cost for the rifle & shipping (because of the pickup delay and wanting to get it there by Thursday) was $297.

I included a Soft Case and a Comb Riser with the rifle.

O.S.O.K,

Yea, my air card was running pretty slow at times so it may not have went through. The auction closed at ten last night. Sorry if that caused any problems.
