Will do - we got over 22000 signatures in Texas. Just need to get this on the front burner. It is limited though by the population of the state = I'd expect maybe 4000 signatures - but that should do it given their pop.

I have been discussing this topic around the office and you'd be surprised at how many people will say they don't want to sign it cause they do want "bad guys" to be carrying a gun openly. I've tried to be a voice of reason but some just don't want to hear such logic. I'd rather know a fight is coming and be prepared for it myself but others are afraid that this is putting guns in the hands of bad people.

Yall got any pointers I could give'em?

Jerry,

Please do. We need all the help in this state we can get. My senator, Vic Snyder, is going to be in my town August 13th. I'm thinking about taking a day off to go and talk to him. This is one of the issues I want to discuss with him.
