Hey Hobie, about those pics yer collecting.

With my new computer (mac mini) it's been like learning a new language.

I finally remembered my log-in to photobucket, it was auto on the other computer. Someday I'll learn to write stuff down

Maybe we could do personal evolution, like one pic for every twenty years? You could harvest our most recent for your archives.

I noticed that, too.

This is as close as I can come to first blush of shooting fervor....

I think trying to add my photo is what broke the other forum, and I'm no straw, either - more like the proverbial log that broke the camel's back !

Hey Jeeps,
In that pic of you on Okinawa you don't look too relaxed to me. Looks like you are about 2 degrees away from kicking someone's ***!

Same smile but add one hundred pounds per picture

If I keep up the pace I'll be getting my own zip-code.....

I'll have to find the pics of my childhood gunslingin' days. I usually had a lever action pop gun and was always wearing a towel for a cape, and usually a pair of goggles with a colander on my head. But darn did I think I looked cool.

I can still remember the pride I felt the first time I could cock that pop gun with my fingers still in the loop without having to take em out and pull up from the outside.

Those pop guns were sure hard to cock, Nate coulda made a fortune in those days smoothing them out. :D :D

Hey Jeeps,
I asked this question on the regular forum also, but I'm interested in that rifle you are holding in the third picture...the crow killer. It looks like a handy gun...what caliber is it also?

Thanks,

Joe
