OK. I'm not sure what I'm getting myself into here, but if you've got a picture you'd like to use as an avatar (check out one of Hobie's or my posts to see what I'm talking about - that lil' picture to the left side of the window) and don't have the technical capability of doing so yourself, send me an e-mail. I'll set up a directory on the server to host them and send you the URL so you can insert it yourself. I'll do this once a day or so, so don't get in a hurry. It's easier to do batches than piece meal. Anyway, drop me an e-mail at:




Make sure you send me the picture file as an attachment. Include in the e-mail your "handle" (user name) here and I'll get to crankin' 'em out as time allows. Pictures ending in .jpg or .gif are the easiest to work with and are the preferred format. If you've another format picture, send it anyway and we'll see what happens.

I believe that's a Deutsch Drahthaar puppy. If not, it's a German Wirehaired Pointer puppy.

The only reason I know is 'cause I live with one that went grew up on me.
