Yeah I heard that too. Look at all the freedoms that americans gave up as a result of 9/11. Warrantless wire taps. No prosecution for companies that help the gov with illegal wiretaps. TSA "security" name lists of possible bad americans that total 1,000,000 names now. The patriot act , american citizens can be named as "enemy combatants" and so on. A lot of freedoms were lost so that they could "keep us safe" from the bad ole muslims. I'm just sure the administration didn't do it, they're here to keep us safe right? but they sure made the most power grab out of it didn't they.

Rihmfire, the nuts are everywhere. They are part of what Rush Limbaugh calls the "blame America first" crowd. I call them the "hate America first" crowd. There is nothing that will convince them otherwise. In their minds we are always wrong and always at fault for everything. I run into it at work too. Nuts that say Bush did 9-11, nuts that say Americans never walked on the moon, etc., in short, this country in their eyes sucks. One nut at work told me how he took his young son (age 6 or 7) into town and saw all the monuments to our soldiers (civil war monument, WW1 monument, WW2, Korea, Vietnam, etc). He told me he told his son "...thats all this country is good for, killing people in wars...". Sad. Now that the 60's ex-hippies are teaching in the school systems it is only getting worse.
