Andrew - you have to have a handgun - there are no lever handguns - BUT - single actions go with leverguns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!:

Sure they are. They're "thumb lever" actuated repeating pistols. Not hard to see the parallel ;)

Yes..... leverguns ARE single action firearms.

IIRC the hammer movements which occur when pulling the trigger define whether the action is single or double.

ie. Single action involves the falling movement only, double action involves two movements, cocking & falling.

YUP the Volcanic Was a lever action handgun that in fact evolved into the Henry so its got a direct lineage
