Browning bl-17 cowboy???
A couple of years ago I bought a Browning 22 lr and a 17 MachII. Both were in the ltd. edtion cowboy guns with 24" oct. barrels and silver engraved recievers. I don't think they made many of the 17's but I can find out for sure how many were produced. Has anyone got any information on these??

I thought that the Browning site http://www.browning.com/ had info like this, including how to decipher serial numbers for their various models. I had a quick look but couldn't come up with anything. May be worth Emailing them...
