The Midterms will likely be lost anyway, due to Republican apathy and Democrat fraud, but perhaps passing this could salvage future elections.

Senate Dems are not gonna' allow that one to get past the gate. Would do too much damage to their election strategy.

It sure seems like Democrats are being very open about the fact that they need to be able to commit election fraud in order to stay in power. That is probably true, given the way they depend on fraud and deceit and censorship in pretty much every other public policy area. If they don't get their way they resort to violence.
