I have generally done this just with a piece of paper to sketch on and using fractions and ratios, when I need to alter the front sight height on a handgun (or a rifle for that matter). I think somewhere on the forum is a thread where I made a sketch of how I do it.
But it looks like this seller of gun sights does have a built in calculator that some might find of use.
