But to point out something ... EVERY non-leap year February has every weekday in it 4 times. 7 days x 4 weeks = 28 days

What is special about this years February is that each day in the calendar (if you are using one like the one in the OP) is lined up vertically. That doesn't happen often.

And furthermore, the last time February started on a Sunday and ended on a Saturday was in 2015....2037 is the next year this will occur.
