This has been a crazy month for lever actions.
Early in the month it was a Marlin 1888 in. 32W
Then today im picking up a 90% original finish 1926 Winchester Trapper,
And while up picking up the Trapper im also closing a deal on a second Marlin 1888 in .44W that popped up locally.
Funny thing is, three years or so ago I decided I needed a shooter lever action in .32W and started looking for a Winchester 1892 in .32W with a shootable bore.
Since then ive bought three .32W lever actions and three .44 lever actions, three of which are legit "once-in-a-lifetime" guns,
And still haven't come across a decent 1892 in. 32W!
Here's the 2nd 1888 in. 44W that im looking to close the deal on today. Kind of a funny story, I was browsing the Marlin forum when a new member posted this rifle asking for info. Then I was visiting my FFL to talk about Winchesters and he pulls this same Marlin out! It was my FFL that had joined and posted, so its meant to be, apparently.
Im on a roll. 2nd Marlin 1888 found

That's a funny, strange coincidence! Glad you got the second 1888!
Can't have too many guns chambered in .32-20 I think. One of my favorite cartridges!
