Finally got my account to work!!
I'm a huge lever gun fan I have a 1893 Marlin in 30/30 and a 1892 Rossi in 44 mag. I got the marlin from my grandfather, I have yet to shoot it. But the 44 I have put at least 1200 round through it in the las twelve years, and have shot two deer with it also. I have use a a combination of cast and jacketed and spl/mag round through it never had any feeding issues ot take every shape and kind of bullet even the Keith style!

Welcome. First thing to do ... learn to post pictures. Second thing to do, take pictures of 1893 and post for everyone to stare at and admire.

You do "need" to post photos of your guns here. The drool squad will bug you until you do.

You'll need photos anyway as you'll need them to keep track of the leverguns that will find their way to your door.

Here is a pic of my 44 set up. I'll have to dig up the 1893 from the deep dark trenches of my safe and take a pic of it. I'm working on some accuracy issues with my 350 rem mag so I'll be in my safe.

Here are three pics of the 1893. It was originally a 32spl but was barreled in the 1940's to a 30/30, I refinished the stock in 2002 I need to get the screw that goes through the stock then it will be ready for shooting!

Welcome to the fire. They are certainly worthy of levergunner drool. As Hobie notes, many of us form the "drool squad". Simple male need to see pictures of things he likes - and I'm VERY guilty!!!
