I hit the range about 10 this morning. Ran the 50 rounds of .41 Magnum loaded with the 230 gr. NEI flat point over 6.6 gr. of Green Dot. My chronograph died last year and I have not replaced it ... probably won't. But velocity seemed about like a standard .44 Special. My sixgun is sighted for the 210 gr. XTP at 1450 fps so these loads hit 8" high at 25 yards and about a foot high at 50.
Here are targets.
25 yards .. shooting from a rest, two-hand hold
50 yards
My shooting was not up to what I like, but this load is pleasant to use.

Yes, pleasant to spend the afternoon shooting. I am gonna load more .. I had just loaded 50 to see how they did. I am gonna load a couple hundred in anticipation of nice weather and spending an afternoon plinking. Weather is nice now ... 87 today .. but colder weather coming the first of the week. I will cast bullets then.

Inspiring. I hope to work with my Blackhawk with Arsenal 220-grain flat- nosed bullets when I get the reamed cylinder back from Fermin Garza.

Jim,
Next time I see you I’ll give you my extra chronograph. I sure won’t need two of them.

That's very kind of you Scott! I don't experiment much with different loads anymore. I have several favorites that I like. But the shortage of Alliant powders has moved me to try some that I haven't messed with in years.

I understand. I had my basic loads down pretty much until I couldn’t buy Unique.
