My dream hunt ... 8)
Not to spoil the festive mood, but the American buffalo is divided into two subspecies:
Bison bison bison, the American plains buffalo, and Bison bison athabascae, the Canadian wood bison. And if you have ever been to the Plains/Panhandle Museum up in Canyon, they have skulls of the much larger Bison antiquus, a magnificent beast that went extinct about 10,000 years ago.

Excellent, you would not believe how much damage the Buffalo do to the farm in Delta Junction, AK.
