I ordered one for my Security Six. It probably was 2021. It took eight months or more to arrive. I found new old stock for a Smith and a Colt on eBay much more quickly.

I've spoken with Bobby Tyler at Tyler Gun Works (a custom gunsmith/shop who is completed unrelated to the Tyler T Grips company). He said he's gotten calls at his shop from angry people who have ordered but not yet received their T Grips. He has to explain that other than having the same last name, he has nothing to do with the other company. That is anecdotal, but one can infer that the Tyler T Grip company is not making customers happy in filling orders.

I think I'd lean towards searching the used market and trying to find an old T Grip.

My understanding it that they are no longer in business, but those who've sent money recently got checks cashed, and never received their grip adapters. There are a couple options for similar grip adapters that actually come through for customers.

I put one on my S&W 19-4 snubby some years ago.
It's still pretty small for my hands.
Target grips work better for me!

There are quite a few over on EBAY. Sounds like it will at least be a sure thing rather than wondering if it will ship. The S&W Forum and the Colt Forum both had nothing good to say about the hopes of having the original company ship. One guy recommended this company and said he had no issues. https://robertsontradingpost.com/?s=grip+adapter
