I joined in 2007 when I was looking for information on loads for the 40-82. I was ramping up to start reloading for an 1886 Winnie that my dad bought in an auction in about 1929. I got quite an education about lever guns from many of the members here, and over the years have accumulated a nice herd of levers, mostly Winchesters. I don't get out to shoot much anymore, but I have developed loads for my rifles that are good enough that I wouldn't want to be standing in front of my rifle if I was taking a bead on something! I'll be 74 this year and thank goodness for tang sights! They are so quick and accurate when it comes to hunting situations!
I appreciate the cumulative knowledge of the members on this site.
Where are all the old coots???
