I've been wishing some company would do this for some time now - https://roxontool.com/collections/all-products
I don't know if the company has a good reputation though, or anything about it - but it might be something to try out. Prices seem reasonable.

I've never cared for multi tools, and find them marginal for almost anything other than extreme emergencies when you've got no other choice. Even then odds are you're gonna booger up a scre head, or round off a bolt head, or nut using the pliers. And those Leathermans with the open edges digging into your hands the harder you grip really irritate me. I have both a Leatherman and SOG, and the handles are way better on the SOG, but I still don't carry either of them.

Reminds me of one day in gunsmith school, we are sitting having theory and the instructor is searching high and low for a properly fitting turn screw. Being a wise acre i dug into my pocket, fished out my Swiss army knife, opened the screw driver blade and slid it towards him. He looked up seeing me with a Cheshire cat grin , told the guy next to me to hit me with his hat- he did. But darned if that blade didn't fit that screw perfectly! The instructor then pulled out calipers, took dimensions of that Swiss army blade and made himself a turn screw to match.

I have the screwdriver blade on my small Swiss Army knife ground to fit a Ruger windage screw.

I have a Chapman screwdriver set that fits in my coat pocket when I go to the range. Never have any trouble finding the right tip.
