Hope it's ok to post this here:
I have two Marlin 336's made in about 1950, both with the factory original receiver sights, 24" barrels and similar condition. One is a 336A in .30-30, the other is a 336A DL .32 Special with the checkered stock and sling swivels. I have searched Gun Broker completed sales to no avail, cant find even one 336A DL. Is there any difference in the approximate value of these? Thanks
Question on value, please

Re: Question on value, please
The 1949 336A-DL I have in .32 Special has plain stock and forearm....there's another variation to think of.
I'm not going to say what I gave for it, because I feel like I stole it from the Gun Library...
But it would take more than $1000 to get it out of my hands.

.
One good way to get real-world prices is to get a (free) account on GunBroker or similar gun-auction site, and see the COMPLETED sales prices for the firearms in question.
