So I tried to order a fast focus knob for my thermal scope, and at first was happy to find a place that advertised them. I ordered one, and after the person on the other end, corresponded with me a couple times, to make sure I have the right part, the part was shipped. The part clearly didn’t fit, so I assumed that I could contact them and return it, and hopefully get, the proper part, or at least return it. Here is the correspondence, and before I reported this credit card fraud, or whatever you have to do to cancel the charge, am I missing something as you’re not telling me to “shove it”…??? The kind part of me wants to assume he meant to ship it by UPS, but as last response, doesn’t seem to indicate that.

I dont see humor.
What i do see is why a company would supply a cell phone number and texts with customers. Seems fishy to me Doc.

And the place seemed legit enough, and the guy contacted me by email, which I had given him at the time of the order, because he wanted to be sure he shipped the right product. That was why I complimented him for the service instead of just guessing what to send. The reason I texted back was because it’s easier to send a text photo than an email one.

But when I pointed out it didn’t fit, his demeanor changed. I honestly thought maybe somebody else had gotten a hold of his phone or he was voice texting or something. It sure sounds like he’s not giving me return shipping instructions, but more telling me someplace I can shove the part.

I don’t like to stereotype, but I am much more used to dealing with people who live someplace other than coastal cities…

I was going to return the part, but this point, I think I’ll just cancel the payment and give the *** a bad credit rating or whatever happens from there.

Ditto. But... I'd say return the part, do the thing with the review... I would say that the vendor doesn't seem like a business person... or knows how to conduct themselves as such.

Website states all sales are final, no returns or refunds. Not a good sign.

Sounds like Up It and Stuff It are gonna be pretty much the same . I don't deal with Asians if I can help it .
