"... U.S. Sen. Mark Kelly, D-Arizona, has introduced legislation he says will save lives and protect communities from gun violence while protecting Americans’ constitutional right to own a firearm..."

Pretty amazing that doing something that
- criminolgy theory predicts would NOT save lives
- real-world experience demonstrates has NOT saved lives
- Constitutional law clearly shows is NOT constitutional
and
- so far every time we've tried it has resulted in MORE 'gun violence'
- and when it predictably fails is used as an excuse for yet MORE 'gun control'...
is touted by the dumbed-down 'news' media as a 'life-saving' measure.
We MUST continue to demonstrate that these issues are NOT any sort of 'balance between safe streets and convenience for gun hobbyists' -
there is no 'balance' involved - the laws harm BOTH 'convenience' AND 'safe streets'. In fact, it is the sportsmen/women who have integrity and prioritize 'safe streets', whereas the hoplphobes are the ones willing to sacrifice 'safe streets' in order to assuage their obsession with (against) firearms ownership.
NEVER EVER let the gun controllers claim the moral high ground... ALWAYS point out that THEY are the ones willing to lose innocent lives just in order to feed their anti-gun fantasies.
It is sad that so many of the dumbed-down electorate (i.e. "liberals") actually fall for this sort of 'news'...

Re: Going to SAVE LIVES...!
i wonder how many of 'thems' are also baby murderers. my theory is that there is a significant corollary, based on 'their' massively demonstrated preference for maniacal violent violence. some one could get a federal grant; uh, belay that.
