Sept, 27, at Roanoke, Rifle, And Revolver Club south of Roanoke. There is a website with detailed directions from any direction. There is a small amount of camping space, with porta-johns and unpotable water. Since the range is covered, there will be no rain-date. I am working on some metal targets at this time. There will be a fee for the range use. I hope that meets everyone's approval. Thanks, moodyholler

Directions on Mapquest or Google Map are excellent 3hrs and 45min drive time from St.Albans. The Club has an excellent web site. I am a player for the Sept 27 date. It's on my calender. Are there any motels close to the club.I would plan on coming down on Friday. What would be the start time on Sat? Maybe we could get togather for breakfast or supper on Sat evening. Anybody have any comments or thoughts on the idea??? Sounds like a really great time !!!!!

Motels in the area and get together sounds like a good time. We've been talking about staying over on Saturday instead of driving home right away. Sun AM going home will be easier.

I'll be bringing my .22lr, .357mag, .44mag and .30-30 lever guns and my Marlin Camp 9 and XD pistols.

I'd be up for meeting for breakfast Saturday morning but have to be back home for work at 2300 that night.

I'll be driving down from N of Winchester if anyone wants to ride along and share some of the gas cost. If you can meet with my time line above.

Boreman, I have been in the hospital in ICU for a while. sorry for the delay. Roanoke is only 8-9 miles from the range, so any hotel here will be close enough. Boone's Mill is equal distant from the South. I will try to get you more info. Roanoke, Rifle, and Revolver Range has a website: RRRC.com I believe and I will check it out this evening. I think it lists some hotels recommended. Please PM me if this does not get you the info you need. Thanks, JAP moodyholler
