The saddest thing about all these educated supreme court justices is they either can't read or have extremely poor reading comprehension skills. But the same can be said for most politicians. And yes, the justices are politicians. These folks can't read a single simple to understand sentence and get it right.

"Go low, go slow and preferably in the dark" The old Sarge (he was maybe 24.
"Freedom is never more that a generation from extinction" Ronald Reagan

This 'separation of powers' has to be settled one way or another - we can't have the 'normal' be that Democrats can do whatever they want, and Republicans have to be 'constrained'. Either judges can just do whatever they want, OR they can only 'judge' what is within the scope of their office. And either presidents can run the exeuctive branch, or they have to just do whatever judges tell them to. If the latter is the case, then why bother electing a president...?
There is a BIG difference between a president "doing something that is unconstitutional" versus "doing something liberals don't like".

Hopefully SOMETHING can be done to nip this stuff in the bud.
and right over on the other hand, I am wondering why some other judges are not staying and injuncting the illegal lawfare orders of the demoncrats?
. in accordance with the "fight fire with fire" protocol . . .
