RFK Jr is getting in on the DOGE act

Post by Ysabel Kid »

So apparently Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is taking a page from DOGE. I just received an e-mail from him to provide a 5 bullet-point list of what I ate last week. I responded:

(1) Maple old-fashioned doughnut from Voodoo Doughnuts
(2) Maple old-fashioned doughnut from Voodoo Doughnuts
(3) Maple old-fashioned doughnut from Voodoo Doughnuts
(4) Maple old-fashioned doughnut from Voodoo Doughnuts
(5) bacon

I'm okay, right?

I did actually have six of them over four days last week while traveling on business. They are so good!

I'll bet 'refined carbohydrates' actually kill more people than booze or illicit drugs. Kinda scary...and SO many of us (me included) are carb-a-holics. I can and have gone to zero alcohol. Smoked pot in the 70's but quit with no problems, and probably could start/stop/control other bad drugs without issues - - - but driving past a regionally-famous bakery every morning on my way to work is WAY too tempting - It's not so much a matter of if I'll stop and get something - just a matter of WHAT, and HOW MUCH...

Cinnamon and Vanilla and Sugar - that trio is just too hard to beat... :D

Just an FYI...

Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey is 8% rye, 12% barley and 80% corn -- so that make it a vegetable!!!

Actually, he's following orders as the news has said that the pres has ordered all department heads to require a response from their employees.

I went for a 4 mile walk this morning and rewarded myself with a chunk of leftover steak and the remains of a bag of potato chips for lunch - I'm probably going to be on another list... :D

I have ate nothing but beef, pork, and butter for the past 6 months. What I have come to call the "4B's" diet.

Since I started on my health kick, I have lost almost 20 pounds - 175 pounds and stand 6'1" currently. Went down 2 pant sizes and up one shirt size. Noticable muscle gain and I am now exercising less.

Off all my prescription medications. Asthma and arthritis gone. Blood pressure went from borderline high to basement bottom low. Myriad of other unexpected health improvements.

I rarely run, but I can now jog a mile with ease. Couldn't jog 200 yards 3 years ago.

I sleep less and sleep better. Constant energy all day. Words can't describe just how good it feels to get out of bed in the morning.

Carb addiction is the real deal. Has taken me over 2 years to break it with multiple tumbles off the wagon.

Beef, butter, booze, and bacon, in no particular order. The key is keeping insulin low, which the aforementioned will all do. Have to be picky about the booze.

I kid you not. Never felt better I my life.

Just buried my semi in the mud a little over a mile from my house. Walked home in 10 minutes. 3 years ago it would have taken me a half hour and a lot of huffing and puffing.

Yeah, the booze part is just the smart alec in me coming out when people ask why I'm not eating certain foods at gatherings and I know they don't actually want to know the answer. I tell them I'm on the 4Bs diet.

I have a few low carb drinks ever now and then. Helps break up the monotony of a porterhouse with a side of ribeye.

Dear Mr RFK,

to the RFK point, Lee Vliet, [Fleet], is a pioneer in the treatment of covid, very astute, and worth listening to. Turns out, in layman terms, that the pilots forced to take covid shots are having large problems as the mrna poison penetrates into their brains.

.
At least read as far as the info that the pilot's certification standards have been downgraded since Dad flew the line. Is this why we're seeing sudden stupid human error airplane crashes???? It's like what "they" did to the SAT test. Dumbed it down. It's the D-E-I thing in its infancy. But it was ongoing a long time ago.
.
that's right 2022. She is a warrior. Here's another note concerning the ongoing damage to babies. These are shots that RFK HATES . . .
.

.
THIS is ongoing and intentional brain damage to "our" children. It is a crime against humanity and can't be stopped soon enough.

i worked for a guy who could back his D9 into a corner of the barge like i park the yaris. i was working on a tug boat for a logging company and taught myself to drive a small cat tractor, no idea of the model, but i put it up the ramp onto the barge, and then off the ramp at another logging site where they needed it. that's it. doesn't even qualify as heavy equipment! but i smile every time i remember.

i eat mostly a caveman diet which keeps me at about 235 vs 260 on carbs. Also I dont have the continual carbs craving while Im on the diet. Also, not sure if anyone has noticed, but humans looked so different phyiscally in past decades. Look at ads from the 70's or 80's, smaller physiques. Even their fat guys or bodybuilders look different from modern fat guys or bodybuilders. Not just fat amount, but how its structured around the body. Id say there was a big change in the early 90's to mark a line on it.

People look 'puffier' now, and even slimmer guys sporting some kind of little pot gut. Its not carbs, I'm full tin foil hat on this one, something in processed food is giving us drug fat or has changed our DNA. I notice the russki nations, eastern euros and for whatever reason the French have been much less effected. My aged mother also pointed out the amount of schoolgirls at the beach with cellulite on their legs, even the slim ones. She said her era girls were chunky but she never saw cellulite, even on fat girls until they were mature aged. So how is that possible? Then of course we could talk about how fast girls develop now too, though I'll leave it at that.

Insulin, insulin, insulin. Learn how it interacts with your body and you can make your body do whatever you want as far as fat is concerned.

Refined carbs (anything other than actual whole grain berries) and seed oils may or may not have a LOT to do with our current health situation.

I'd say the tinfoil hat might be overboard, but I may or may not have a tinfoil lined baseball cap...

this is interesting because i recently read that American processed food is full of chemicals that are not present in european foods. the evidence for the fact of those chemicals seems solid. when i stumble on that article i'll post it here.

I strive to eat well -- lots of beef and game meat from either myself or the butcher ive known for w a while now

but legislating food is a slippery slope --- Euros often visit our country and remark on the bread and how sweet it tastes though amongst other things --- to many women , having a coffee means going out for a 750 calorie dessert with a modicum of coffee flavoring

That said --- do i want to pay an extra tax or be legislated if i want to throw caution to the wind and have a Big Gulp or supersize fries? -- heck no just like i dont want to be persecuted if i decide to take up smoking -- we still have free will and with free will comes some pitfalls for sure --- when i was a flat bellied exercise fanatic 15-20 years ago i wouldve said - "heck yes get rid of the poisons ! -- Everyone should live like me !! "

Im a bit older now - a heckuva lot more tolerant and would like to think i have more empathy for my fellow Americans and try to see the bigger picture .
