Miroku Browning Models 53 , 65 , 92

Anybody intimate w these Miroku made "92" frame guns????

I got to wonder how much is interchangeable between them all for parts if one was to make a 44 mag bases pistol grip stock gun.

If you bought a B-92 and a 53 or 65 as a donor........can you interchange the innards and do all calibers have common receiver thread???

I see forearm and mag tube having issues on the 53 and 65 must be addressed w larger diameter mag tube.

I'd rather not have a metric gun, but no way I'm buying an original Winchester to modify unless its cheap and that's unlikely so Browning it is.

My Miroku levers has been outstanding quality except for short chamber throats are annoying for bullet selection.

maybe the original 92s were designed for specific ammo loads that weren't too long for the chamber?

I believe those chamber throats are made exactly to the saami drawings . . . it is not uncommon for people to ream a leade for bullet clearance.

My Winchester made by Miroku has a short throat. It'll get reamed eventually.

I don't know what will interchange between the Browning and Winchester, but they are both made by Miroku, so I'd guess quite a bit. They have different safety, with the Winchester having had (mines been converted) a tang safety.

I would suspect that the barrel threading may be different ... they are on the Miroku 71's versus the originals. Here's the link below ...

I'm aware of Browning barrel threads being different then Winchester

I'm fixing to find out if ~ BROWNING models 53, 65, and 92 have COMMON BARREL THREAD ~

Somebody here must know

I'm only talking MIROKU BROWNINGS (1980s - Early 90s Vintage)

Not to be confused w MIROKU WINCHESTERS (or Winoku I read someone write once hah) These were produced year 2000s and up?
