I used a Bianchi version with 2” snubs or a 3913 9mm back in the 90s sometimes. I then got an Uncle Mikes version that used holsters that slid on.
Lately I’ve been using the Phlster Enigmas which in my opinion, have made the belly bands obsolete.

I'm wide enough around the middle. More bulges I don't need.

That Enigma is quite a system. I'm not an appendix carry fan, but if I were, that would be at the top of my list.
I have a cheap Bulldog belly band around her somewhere. Never found it particularly comfortable, but then I never tried it with a Glock 43 or a Smith airweight.
This rig is surprisingly comfortable.

Crossbreed Holsters makes a bellyband with an actual kydex holster that you can swap out so you can carry different pistols in it. The Enigma system, however, is the superior way to go.

I used a belly band holster for a while but realized that despite their comfort and concealability advantages, they are just too slow to access. A company called CYA markets some ultra thin-shelled appendix holsters made of a form of carbon fiber that work extremely well. They are reasonably priced, their service is great and they are veteran owned. I have given a number of them to friends as Christmas presents and each one I've given is still used exclusively.

I bought one about 25 years ago after a friend of mine swore by his. I don't remember the brand, but it worked o.k. for me. I just found pocket carry easier to access. He and I both carried snub nosed revolvers at about 10:00 for a cross draw carry. The shirt could be lifted up with the left hand or the buttons ripped off with the left hand while the right hand drew the gun.
