I didn't know the other things that happened on this date, but I do remember the day that will live in infamy.

I flew my flag at half staff from sunrise to sunset today. Unfortunately I have the only house in the neighborhood with an actual flag pole versus a house-mounted flag. Many neighbors have those, but most are sporting holiday-themed flags.
