I have a Skinner barrel-mounted peep on my 1886 Browning carbine. Love it.
No, its not as inherently accurate as a receiver mount or tang, but it's less obtrusive and required no additional drilling/ tapping.
At the ranges I shoot that carbine, it is plenty accurate.
I highly recommend.

Re: Help with modern 50-110 data.
We have Accurates data for the 5744, though it doesn't specify if a filler was used. Does anyone know if a filler is used as a rule with this powder or not? If the data came from Accurate (or Western Arms or Hodgdon) it definitely does not intend for filler to be used. I would not think that Unique...

Re: Single/Two Stage trigger on an AR?
A 2-stage trigger is the way to go! If you have an 8 pound pull on a 2-stage trigger, something is wrong. The 1st stage essentially removes the safety and leaves the 2nd stage as a very light trigger. Someone will miss interpret that and argue. I have all Rock River 2-stage triggers on most of my ARs.

Re: The cost of reloading versus buying loaded ammunition
Reloading is, by far, the most expensive hobby I have ever had....not counting shooting.
At one time, I had more money tied up in equipment and supplies than I did firearms.
I fixed that by buying more guns!
I can usually load 50 for what it costs to buy 20.
So I get to shoot 150% more

Not 100% sure what you're asking...
The .30-30 case length and trim length is only .001 less than the 32 WS, so it should work. Close enough anyway.
Which particular Lee tool are you referring to? The 90136?
You could definitely use the 32 WS tool to trim the 30-30.
