Friend of mine pointed out a couple of 1893 Marilins on Gunbroker in 32 HPS. I searched this sight & found what HPS stands for, but I still don't know what it is. Neither on of us have heard of this caliber. Can someone enlighten us please?

Thanks for the info. Since the sight will work with one of either hole, I think I will just D & T another - the sight covers both & won't show the third hole.

I purchased a 1894 Winchester on gunbroker that appeared to be d & t for a receiver peep sight. However, the holes about 3/16" wider than the standard spacing. Were there ever any other sights with non spec hole spacing?
