Re: What is the beef?
hardly any beef is sold frozen in the stores here, which is what it would take for NZ beef. McDonalds can buy frozen patties about anywhere though. There is almost no frozen meat sold anywhere. Almost all stores now get their meat frozen, and then thaw it before placing it out on display for sale. ...

Re: What is the beef?
Argentina is also a big beef producer. Locally, we're paying around $5-10/lb depending on cut. Tenderloin is about the only one that is going over that range. A lot depends on where you buy and how good it is. I suspect that imported beef is going into hamburger for chain suppliers - hardly any beef...

A piece of leather, added under the butt plate, and secured by those screws. You can use leather lace to secure the tail end of the sling to the leather strip. This can easily be removed after the season, and it's easy to install each fall. Old No7 Oh, that's a really good idea, I really like it. T...

You're right that the line at a checkpoint is no place to debate your rights - while you could one day prevail in court, why go to all that hassle if you needn't? It won't hurt a spring to leave it loaded. Springs wear through years and years of cycling or over extension. I'm pretty skeptical of his logic on the shot pattern, though if he were using buckshot I guess I could see it. I would still suggest sticking with the tighter pattern of a choked barrel or at least a cylinder bore.
