Re: The end product is I strap a S&W 586 or a Ruger sp101 to it.

I think your question has more to do with where the extra pressure is bled off of the line. I am assuming that since it is a constant pressure that is has a place it bleeds off to keep from pumping you up like the Goodyear blimp. Remember, no pump ever built or concieved has ever or will ever make ...

The end product is I strap a S&W 586 or a Ruger sp101 to it.

I need answers from people that know about air volume. That does not include my best beer fanny burp stories. I need people learned in science, math, algebra, and other numbery stuff. Someone from my cpap people was supposed to get back to me with an answer but that is not happening. When they did m...

Re: OT: Black eye peas

As a boy I both picked and chopped cotton along the river that made Elvis say, " darn I got to find an easier job". I know why the Southern women put sugar in anything they could. The answer is simple, when pulling a 75 pound bag of cotton at your side while all stooped over it just helps....

Re: What type of hat did Eastwood wear in Unforgiven?

Who knew there was an Eastwood forum? The better question might be -- Who cared there was an Eastwood forum. I wouldn't have cared or known either if I hadn't once been registered at a gun forum who was ran by a crazy guy who thought he was an expert on guns. He had ran off all the normal people an...

Re: Does anyone have Sleep Apnea

First of all I am not fat I just have it. Well, I'm a 65-year old fat man and I don't have it. Watch how you make insinuations about us fat guys in the future. Sorry, I meant that in a medical way. Part of the way they diagnose you for the problem is to measure the neck and if it is beyond a ...

Question: Can't you tell if you are "doing" it while your asleep? It's not waking you up? VA is bugging me to death to do this thing...... Go to your doctor and have her send you to one of those places that sells equipment and have them do a free study on you. All I did was have little a ...

Re: Does anyone have Sleep Apnea

I've been on a C-PAP every night for sleep apnea for almost 10 years. I would stop breathing for up to a minute and a half and my SPo2 (oxygen in the blood) would drop as low as 60% instead of the upper 90s which is normal for me. With an SPo2 that low it can kill brain cells. I even have a battery...

Re: Does anyone have Sleep Apnea

Just went through the whole ball game, informal sleep study, formal sleep study, fitting and now I have a CPAP, I haven't had it that long and it definitely takes some time to get used to. But, my wife says I don't snore at all. My O2 levels were seriously low in both the informal and formal studie...

Re: Does anyone have Sleep Apnea

Glad to here it is working for you. I would love the opportunity to try out one of the new C-PAP's. For suferers, I believe the health benifits are substantial. It was for me, I think that a lot of people get so used to the craziness that it becomes normal. My wake up call came when I woke up heade...

Does anyone have Sleep Apnea

First of all I am not fat I just have it. I think most of it comes from an accident I was in years ago where I got my throat messed up but I was to dumb to get it looked at so it got better but possibly healed wrong. Plus I did a lot of boxing for years. Anyway I am in my 5th week of wearing the mas...

I think I will stay with my Smith/wesson 642 until they get the bugs out. Their LCP put a bad taste for Ruger in a lot of people's mouth. But don't get me wrong I am still a big fan of the big Ruger revolvers.

Re: OT.. Appaloosa cowboy movie

I would have watched the movie and I even made an effort to catch him on a show talking about it. The part that made the movie disappear was when he was done talking about he launched into a song and dance about how much he disliked George Bush. Poof the movie went off my radar.

Marlin 30AW

I was told that you guys were all budding young geniuses and could help me with any answer pertaining to lever action rifles. I inherited a Marlin 30 30 lever action rifle with 30AW on the barrel. I then got to wondering what the AW stood for. So when I didn't get a satisfactory answer I call...
