My Remington 700 gets a lot of copper fouling in the bore. I wonder if fire lapping may help. I have hesitated because the accuracy is right at 1 inch at 100 yards with almost any bullet and powder I use for up to 20 rounds. After that it is time to use a copper fouling remover again. I never shoot...

You could make one out of a transfer punch, start with one close to the major diameter, file as needed then harden. Or you can send the part or precise dimensions and will make one, send it back to you for hardening and blueing. I like that you can get the number, letter, fraction and metric sets. h...

So they made a .277 caliber cartridge going 3,000 fps, but pushed it to 80,000 psi to get there? A .270 Win. goes the same 3,000 fps with a 140 gr. bullet and doesn't need to reach anything close to 80,000 psi. Am I the only one who wonders why this seems like an exercise that didn't need to be don...

Grizz just remember that the 50 beowulf runs about 35000 psi chamber pressure and needs 12 - 15000 psi port pressure to work the action.

Six it is a 25, I just got tired of the gasoline exhaust and propane is cheaper, the generator on the other hand is easer to haul propane and I have a 150 gal tank for when the power goes out
