With respect to you guys, you seem to talk of elk as being big game and that is true but when looking at that one in the picture it don't to me look that wide! I'm sure you allready know this but you can use a .690 ball in a plas wad of almost any desighn or a fiber wad and lubed patched ball with a normal star crimp. Work good for me. :wink:

I finaly got it how I want it. The flimsy ram rod has been replaced with a carbon arrow shaft with my turned brass end incorperating a m5 thread for a wad screw I allways carry. I,m no expert but the thing with BP or the subs is having a bullet with enough lube and the right lube.
