I guess I just was concerned because it was a new gun and I wanted to do things by the book. But I was unfamiliar with stinger ammo and wasn't sure what about it was different.

But I'll give it a try. If it works, I won't need to buy ammo (for that gun anyway) for a long, long time!!

I have a new Marlin 39A .22 levergun. A friend of mine, on hearing this, gave me a big ol' freezer bag full of .22 Stinger ammo.
