This is a one-story house - 9' plate height. The back two walls are poured 9" concrete, the other two walls are 2x6" frame. The white waterproofing is the stuff you see at Home Depot and such - UGL Lock Tight. Used to be called Dam Tight but they changed the name lol. This will have a fren...

Small but still fits my hand well enough to shoot it straight. What's not to like?

I used mine primarily as a snake charmer loaded with CCI #12 shot caps = dead copperheads with one shot to the head. Have an El Paso Saddlery holster for mine.

I handload too... but when you shoot at the range (public) the 10mm brass blends in with all of the 40 brass and is very hard to find... plus the range where I shoot they are nazi's about picking up brass (want you to mark your brass and such...), so the 10mm is a bit of a pita that way. We did look at the interlocking foam blocks but decided that since nobody in the area had any experience with them that it was probably better just to go with the flow so to speak. Yes - rain rain rain rain = that's what's put us behind. But once this is done - or actually, once the slab is done, the framer can come - the backfilling can be done while they're framing.

The front and other side will be 2x6" frame yes.

It'll be a sturdy house. :)
