I ran two of my loads thru it to see how it would shoot and where it might hit from a close 12 yds. The first was 405 gr. RNFP with 13 gr. Yes it had been cut from standard length to 21.5 at some point and from looking at wear on the barrel it was a long time ago. I like that shorter length and whomever did the job did a good job. On how it shoots...I did not have to adjust the sights at all.

That's a beauty of a High Wall ! I have the Uberti version High Wall Carbine and either shoot 405 gr. or .500.gr 45-70 torpedos out of it.

That's a nice one! My all around carry is the Springfield XDE in .45 ACP. Very handy and slim for a .45 pistol and is hammer fired which I like and it shoots very well with my 6.3 Unique load under a 230 XTP bullet.
